Pre-teens are introduced to the concept of mental health. They are initiated into understanding and accepting feelings and emotions in self and others, thus fostering empathy and kindness in their word, thought and action.
Teens are facilitated to identify the signs of poor mental health in self and others. They are taught evidence based techniques to manage their everyday mental health, with a focus on maintaining positive mental health, help-seeking & peer support.
Teens are prepared to dive deeper into the complex real world challenges using various situation-based learning tools. They learn to make informed choices, manage difficult situations and use their voices to create mentally safe spaces for self and others.

MannRaahis’ School Mental Health Transformation Programs are designed to cater to the individual needs of a variety of classrooms and schools. Our teaching-learning material including lesson plans, videos, worksheets and handouts can be easily adapted by the educators according to the unique needs of their students, so that safe spaces can be created for students to talk to their teachers and peers.
