Cancellation requests should be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. You will receive an email to notify the acceptance of your request from our side. Your 100% refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Any requests received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will not be considered.

 

If we have initiated a cancellation, we will refund the amount in full within 5-7 business days, via a payment option convenient for us.

 

No exchanges of sessions are accepted at MannRaahi

 

If the session was marked as a gift when purchased, a gift certificate will be mailed to the receiver of the gift.
