Nikita started her career in 2011 as the Information Management Assistant and Office Assistant at one of the oldest women colleges of University of Delhi, i.e. Indraprastha College for Women (IP College). She then joined one of the most prestigious not for profit organizations, ‘Royal Chemistry India Pvt. Ltd’ in 2014 and worked in the capacity of Office Administrator and Events Executive. In 2018, she got married and relocated to Delhi and got the opportunity to join her previous organization, i.e. IP College in the capacity of Data Manager and Social Media Manager.
She has had opportunity to work in both corporate sector and education sector all her life. her roles in both the above mentioned organizations taught her to work with diligence and confidence. She has been able to contribute to the growth and development of both the organizations and have managed sensitive information and critical situations with due diligence. She has displayed excellent command over complete MS Office and have made presentations that have led to the growth of the organization. She has assisted both her previous organizations in decision making, strategizing various events and schedules, and has provided complete assistance starting from scratch to making travel arrangements and VISA arrangements. She has demonstrated crucial skills in creating and handling social media posts, videos and any other digital content that the organization had required over time.
Being a people’s person, she has always displayed excellent client and customer management skills. Considering her growth and passion, the Royal Chemistry India Pvt Ltd. (Sister-concern of Royal Society of Chemistry), provided her with an opportunity to learn project management skills, and gave her a certification in the same. She was responsible for coordinating among offices in different time zones and making logistical arrangements for the same. For every promotional event/ roadshows/ conferences/ product display, she was the one point contact who provided on site and off site assistance in organising these events. She has had the opportunity to display her communication skill, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and her ability to learn things quickly, wherever she has worked till date - be it creating social media content, or designing posts and posters via Canva, she has tried her hands on all of it.
